A Great Combo Healthy Heart Exercise
Cardio exercise is just as important as any other type of exercise. Every exercise can make your heart stronger and more efficient, as well as your lungs function better. It also makes your muscles burn fat faster. While many people find it easy to make time for a gym to work out, what if they don’t have the budget or the time?
You don’t have to go to a gym if you don’t have the funds or the time. There are many things you can do at home to improve your heart health. Walking is the best exercise for your heart health. Walk at least 30 minutes per day. You can go up to 30 minutes if necessary, but don’t do too much. You will only make yourself worse if you injure yourself.
If you are looking for company, ask a friend to join you. Exercise with a friend will help you stay motivated and will increase your likelihood of sticking to your exercise program.
You can make an effort to exercise for 30 minutes to an hour more each day. You don’t have to wake up an hour earlier to exercise. Don’t worry about getting less sleep if your body is in better shape. Research has shown that your body uses what you give it much more efficiently if you are in a better state.
You don’t have to give up your sleep, so why not take a walk during your lunch break at work? You can also do stretching exercises, search the internet for “chair exercises”, at your desk during break times. Instead of taking the elevator, walk a flight of stairs each day. Many of these are available for those who don’t have the time or desire to exercise. You can get in shape by just moving.
If you feel stronger from walking, you might want to try a YouTube fitness video of a workout in your living room. Don’t be afraid to laugh at yourself if someone sees you struggling. You can have the last laugh when you are in good shape and have lost weight.
You may consider getting a workout & fitness app for your phone, iPad, or similar device. Fitness apps can help inspire, guide, and track your progress. Add Spotify or something similar so you have some great music for your workouts. Music can be a great motivator, and it can make your exercise routines even more enjoyable.
